We may collect and process the following information:
The user is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
User information is used for providing, managing, improving services, identity verification, security, processing requests and communication. Where necessary, information may be shared in accordance with UAE laws with competent authorities, developers, and contractual parties involved in the transaction process.
The user agrees to provide accurate and lawful information, maintain account confidentiality, refrain from fraud or illegal activity, and use the platform strictly within its intended framework. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
Pearl Access acts solely as a facilitating platform and does not guarantee third-party information, transaction outcomes, profit, return on investment, or negotiation results. Users acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
All rights related to content, design, software, and system architecture belong to Pearl Access. Any unauthorized use is subject to legal action.
We implement standard security measures to protect user data; however, no digital system is completely secure, and users acknowledge this risk.
Pearl Access reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Pearl Access may suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, specifically the courts of Dubai.
Services are provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties, including uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Pearl Access harmless from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse of services, false information, violation of laws, or third-party rights.
Users are strictly prohibited from unauthorized commercial exploitation, data extraction, reverse engineering, hacking, or disrupting the system. Legal action may be taken without prior notice.
Pearl Access processes personal data in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Users’ data will only be collected, processed, and stored for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
By using the platform, the user explicitly consents to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data as outlined in this policy.
Pearl Access may utilize artificial intelligence systems to provide automated responses, recommendations, and data analysis. These outputs are generated based on available data and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Users acknowledge that reliance on such information is at their own discretion and risk.
Pearl Access aims to store and process operational real-estate data through approved systems used for UAE operations. Where technically, commercially, or legally necessary, selected third-party technology, hosting, CRM, communication, AI, analytics, email, security, or backup providers may process or store data outside the United Arab Emirates, subject to contractual safeguards, confidentiality obligations, and applicable UAE data-transfer requirements.
Users may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of non-essential data, restriction or cessation of certain processing, objection to certain automated processing or marketing, and information about relevant processing activities, subject to identity verification and applicable UAE legal, regulatory, AML/KYC, transaction-record, dispute, security, and retention requirements.
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by applicable laws.
Pearl Access may use third-party services (including AI providers) to process user data. Such providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection standards.
Pearl Access is a digital client-access, CRM, communication, and AI-assistive platform operated for Pearl Axis Real Estate in connection with Dubai real-estate brokerage, advisory, and client-support services. References to Pearl Access, Pearl Axis, the platform, or the services include Pearl Axis Real Estate, its authorized staff, agents, technical systems, and approved service providers where applicable. The platform does not replace any mandatory RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), developer, escrow, contract, registration, or compliance process.
Where the user communicates with an AI voice assistant, chatbot, automated messaging tool, or smart concierge, the user is informed that part or all of the interaction may be handled by AI. Voice calls, chat messages, prompts, responses, and related interaction data may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, reviewed, stored, and linked to the user’s enquiry or CRM profile for service quality, compliance, security, training, follow-up, and dispute-handling purposes, subject to applicable law and user consent where required.
AI and automated workflows may assist with classifying enquiries, identifying preferences, suggesting properties, prioritizing follow-up, creating summaries, and supporting internal operational decisions. Automated outputs are advisory and operational only. They do not create a binding contract, confirmed availability, final price, mortgage approval, legal opinion, investment advice, valuation, or transaction commitment. Users may request human review or correction of any materially relevant automated output.
Privacy, access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, marketing opt-out, and AI/human-review requests may be submitted through the official Pearl Axis contact channels or by email at info@pearlaxis.com. Pearl Axis may verify the requester’s identity before fulfilling any request and may retain or restrict deletion of data where required for compliance, AML/KYC, transaction records, disputes, legal claims, security, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
If a data security incident may affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of personal data, Pearl Axis will assess the incident, take appropriate remedial steps, preserve relevant records, and notify competent UAE authorities and/or affected data subjects where required by applicable law.
For high-risk processing, new technologies, AI, profiling, voice transcription, sensitive data, or large-scale CRM workflows, Pearl Axis may conduct internal data protection, security, and compliance assessments. AI systems are intended to support staff and clients and are not intended to independently make final legal, financial, lending, valuation, eligibility, or transaction decisions.
Data is primarily handled through approved systems used for UAE real-estate operations. Where technically or commercially necessary, selected hosting, cloud, analytics, communication, CRM, AI, security, email, or backup providers may process data outside the UAE. Such processing is subject to contractual safeguards, confidentiality obligations, vendor due diligence, and applicable data-transfer requirements.
Property details, availability, prices, images, floor plans, payment plans, incentives, and marketing content may be sourced from developers, owners, portals, DLD/RERA channels, or third parties and must be verified before reliance. Where applicable, public real-estate advertising should be supported by the required Dubai Land Department, RERA, Trakheesi, advertising permit, or equivalent approval and should not be treated as a guarantee of availability, price, size, yield, ownership, permit status, or eligibility.
For off-plan or developer projects, users should verify project registration, developer status, escrow arrangements, official payment channels, reservation forms, sale and purchase agreements, Oqood or registration requirements, government fees, service charges, handover dates, and cancellation/default terms before making any payment or commitment. Payments should only be made through official and verified channels, including approved escrow accounts where applicable.
Pearl Axis may request identification documents, beneficial ownership information, source of funds/source of wealth evidence, proof of address, corporate documents, sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screening information, and other due-diligence materials required under UAE AML/CFT laws or internal compliance policies. Services may be delayed, refused, suspended, or reported to competent authorities where legally required, including through applicable suspicious transaction or suspicious activity reporting channels.
Pearl Axis may contact users through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, forms, CRM follow-up, or other channels for legitimate service, enquiry, viewing, property, advisory, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules. Users may request not to receive non-essential marketing communications. Owner, landlord, and seller outreach must be conducted in accordance with applicable DLD/RERA practices, lawful contact rules, and internal compliance controls.
Where this policy, these terms, or the platform are available in more than one language, the English version may be treated as the controlling version unless mandatory UAE law requires otherwise or a signed transaction document states a different governing language.
